Erythritol
Erythritol is a sweetener that is widely found in fungi and fruits in nature or is obtained by fermenting glucose. It is a white crystalline powder with low calories.
1.Low Sweetness
The sweetness is only 60%-70% of sucrose, refreshing and without after-bitterness, and can be used in combination with high-intensity sweeteners.
2. High Stability
Acid-resistant, heat-resistant, and alkali-resistant. It does not decompose or change color below 200°C.
3. High Solubility
As the temperature increases, the solubility of erythritol increases, and it is not easy to crystallize.
4.Low Hygroscopicity
It will not absorb moisture even in an environment with a humidity of 90%. It can be used on the surface of food to prevent from absorbing moisture and deteriorating.
Food Grade Erythritol
It can be used as a diluent for low-calorie sweeteners or high-intensity sweeteners in baking, beverages, dairy products, etc.
Pharmaceutical Grade Erythritol
It is used as dental products, medical syrups, etc. due to its non-cariogenic, antioxidant, and moisturizing properties.
